Christy Reveles, President and CEO of Your Empowered Workplace, LLC (founded in 2008), is committed to helping and empowering business leaders and their teams to build their leadership skills and develop high performing and financially successful workplaces. Over the past six years, Christy has built a successful career as a professional coach, trainer and consultant who specializes in personal and organizational coaching for leaders and managers. Her vision is that through leadership coaching and development, leaders and their teams will develop collaborative workplaces where people are highly engaged, focused, and empowered to perform at their very best level.  Christy’s experience and expertise includes leadership development, communication skills, process facilitation, team building, and coaching skills for business and workplace leaders.  

Christy is a Certified Empowerment Coach and an Accredited Energy Leadership Coach with iPEC Coaching.  She received her Doctoral Degree in Leadership from the University of La Verne (CA); her Master’s Degree in Education Administration and Supervision from San José State University (CA); and her Bachelor’s degree in Spanish from Humboldt State University (CA). Christy has published several articles and has designed training and curriculum for two content-based coach training programs in use across the country (and in Greenland!).  Christy is a member of several professional associations including the International Coach Federation, the National Association of Women Business Owners, and she also serves as a board member for the New Mexico Chapter of the International Coach Federation.
